This recipe, crafted by Justin Galligan at Ostras Tapas & Bottleshop in Ashland, Oregon, uses Naumes Suncrest Winery Verjus for a tangy and refreshing straight up margarita. This cocktail is perfect by itself or paired with light appetizers.
- 1 1/2 ozs Tequila
- 1 1/2 ozs Naumes Suncrest Winery Verjus
- 3/4 oz Cointreau
- 1/4 oz Agave Syrup
- 1/4 oz Mezcal
Stir Tequila, Verjus, Cointreau, and Agave Syrup together. Serve with a large ice cube or straight up. For a little something extra, float a 1/4 oz of Mezcal on top.
